So have anyone managed what settings are stable?
Tried that method. Don't see any improvements. I changed numbers and press "write sppt".

Guys, ive found the solution (!all at your own risk!). You should dump a bios of you dgpu with GPU-Z, after it open with MorePowerTool and use custom setting for frequencies, voltage and power. I'll show you my settings for 5500m 4gb OMG! thank you so much! It worked super well! all I did was raise the GTX minimum clock speed to 800 (and the SoC) and raise the voltage to 1150. No problems) For other ones - you should click at "write" and !restart windows to apply settings! And use this method with ThrottleStop (Its important).

AND temp of GPU should not be more, then 80 C (if more, GPU starts throttling)

Apply lower power (in watts) to your dGPU (optimal is 37-39 w).

Is there a way to reach a solid and stable 1000Mhz with this MBP 16 (I have AMD 5500M 8gb).

Some games using CPU very well, temp of CPU increasing, temp of GPU increasing too cause of CPU. So. You need to play with parameters of your GPU depending with the game

Hey! What Adrenaline drivers are you using ? Red or Blue ? Are you using Throttle Stop ? Hey! I tried both and the red worked a little better for me. So I am currently using red. I’m not using throttlestop. What version of red drivers are you using ? The V2 ? If you're not using throttle stop, how do you prevent cpu to throttle and how do you power limit it so the gpu can have enough power ? I'm currently using Blue drivers and I've noticed that playing AC Odissey (in HD native with settings Ultra), reaching 99% of GPU usage, 50W and 1200Mhz for some time then it starts to throttle and my GPU can't reach the 1000Mhz and 50W anymore, it's more around 40W with some big frames drop. Did try MorePowerTool too but didn't manage to find settings that fix my problem, atm what I've done is turning my settings down to high so my GPU is not always hitting 99% and it fixed my throttle problems. Don't think it's a driver problem but maybe switching to reds will let me hit 99% without throttling ? or maybe it's just an impossible thing on the 5500M ...

Note: More Power Tool does nothing when clicking the "load" button. Im unsure if its my version (1.2) or if its because of my 5300M. But i havent been able to modify via MPT
Ive been doing tests by limiting the CPU wattage, which below a certain value (CPU -10W) the GPU throttles clock by creating a cpu bottleneck. So this way ive been able to force max core clocks of 400, 600 or 1000hz At first I thought it had to do with the 80ºC temp limit for the gpu but ive found this: - I've been able to sustain a 1200hz clock during menu/pause screens (god knows what games have going on there) during more than 10 mins (average time for throttling is 4mins ). But it ends up throttling - I've managed the gpu to never go beyond 75º , and it throttles after 8-10 minutes - Ive been sustaining 80-85º and it also throttles
So now im worried that its something maybe time bound? or power outage bound?
Someone mentioned it could have something to do with the VRAM Temp, I might give it a look

I used morepowertool and played around with the settings and tested it in games. What I did was I Raised the minimum frequency and put the max voltage a little higher and it worked perfect. I got a stable 55 FPS in r6s with ultra settings normally. Now I get an average of 90 FPS in r6s. You just got to play around with the settings and find out what works best.

There’s 2 version of the red drivers : Red gaming edition (best FPS in games) January 2020 and Red V2 gaming edition (non-gaming software, emulation) January 2020. Which one did you pick? So you didn’t change any other settings than voltage and minimum gpu clock on MPC ? I’ve trouble understanding what it changes and don’t know what’s the minimum I can put and the maximum without killing the gpu, could you explain please? 🙂
