Adrenalin October 2023 edition, based on 23.9.3, is now available for all modern Macs.

COMPATIBLE WITH THE FOLLOWING CARDS ONLY

Radeon 450, 455, 460 Pro
Radeon 550, 555, 560 Pro and X variants.
Radeon 5300, 5500, 5700 Pro and M/XT variants
All Vega cards
All modern eGPUs manufactured from 2016 onwards (including Radeon VII)
WX workstation graphics

Please test on your Mac in BootCamp and report back findings as soon as you can. Revert to your previous driver version if you have any issues.
Use device manager to update your driver if you encounter any issues the DDU way (instructions available below).

Device manager update instructions

Begin with stock official Apple BootCamp drivers installed (do not uninstall with DDU or use setup.exe).
Open 'Device Manager' (search for it in the search box) and select your GPU from the 'Display adaptors' drop-down.
Right-click and select "Update driver"
Select "Browse my computer for drivers" (lower option) and navigate to the downloaded drivers folder. Make sure the 'Include subfolders' checkbox is ticked then click 'Next'.
The driver will now update with the screen flickering a couple of times.
To install the AMD software run "setup.exe" from the downloaded driver folder. Click on "Additional Options". Make sure the "Factory reset" checkbox is NOT ticked (it isn't by default normally), then click install.
Restart and enjoy!

Tested on iMac Pro w/ Vega 56 8GB VRAM and the drivers work! I used the DDU to uninstall the bootcamp graphics drivers and then installed your latest set. Confirming that on a base model iMac Pro Starfield launches and starts a game. This was not possible with the drivers from June. I’ll report game play quality in a bit. Thank you!

I'm sorry if this seems obvious, im just not entirely sure if the supported list of cards is like verbatim those cards and numbers or if they span a cerain series. im using a 2017 imac 27 inch radeon and the card is radeon 575... does this apply? I too am hoping to get a smidge more of an edge for Baldurs gate 3.

Hi, I’m having issues installing the October 2023 Red drivers (as well as the June 2023 red).

I’m running a 2019 iMac with a rx580 as well as an egpu (razer core x with 6900xt). I have been able to update only to the April 2023 red drivers, but whenever I try to install the June or October drivers, I face the general error 1603. If it helps, I have updated to the latest version of windows 10 with all optional updates also completed. I have perused the internet for solutions and have tried everything, including checking i have the latest version of win10, repairing all C++ programs in control panel. I considered upgrading to windows 11 however the games i want to play require tpm 2.0, which is not supported on macs with boot camp.

For each installation attempt, I use DDU in safe mode and then start the setup for the driver installation (offline). I have never had this problem before until now when I’m trying to install these newer drivers.

I would appreciate any help and insight into this problem. If you need any more information, please let me know. I really need this to work asap, so any advice will be much appreciated.

EDIT: fixed by installing official amd bootcamp drivers and then updating drivers from device manager and locating predownloaded october 2023 red drivers folder on my pc. also important to make sure that the folders are fully extracted as I only had success after doing this as well.
