its likely due to using some of Apple's installer code to make the driver in itself work.

I have a MacBook Pro 16” 5300m base
Cyberpunk runs at 20-40 FPS for me on mediums/high settings 1200p. Never had much of an issue with throttling, I keep my room at 68-69*F, have a medium speed cooling fan. I have quickcpu but I’m not sure I even need that as it still ram great without it on!

Do I have to reinstall bootcamp/factory reset in order to update to the latest AMD driver version? (Currently on the August Version I believe)

DDU Tells me a new version is available, do I uninstall current version and install newest one? Also I have Secure Boot off, should I turn it on and then back off when I'm finished updating my drivers? And what exactly do I choose? (Clean Restart/Clean do not Restart/Clean and Shutdown)
Thanks for your support

Just found out that I actually have the Jan2020 Drivers..
"Begin with stock official Apple BootCamp drivers installed (do not uninstall with DDU or use setup.exe). If you have January edition installed on your MacBook Pro 16" then you can start with these drivers instead."
What exactly do I have to do to update to the December updated ones?
Thanks a lot for your help.

Run DDU 3x times in safe mode using the latest version. Only use device manager method if you find you're having issues with the normal instructions.

iMac 2020 with 5700 XT and a second monitor attached to the iMac and blue drivers doesn't work. If I boot into windows the iMac screen is black only get a picture on my second monitor. If I unplug the second monitor I get a picture on the iMac. If I then connect the 2nd monitor both monitors work until restart I have to do the same steps again. Any fix

Any fix I have the same setup as you. I have my iMac set as the secondary display, so whenever I boot up, the windows logo splash screen shows on the iMac screen, but the lock screen only shows in my other monitor (iMac display is black). However, when I login, the iMac screen stars working, so maybe it’s the same thing for you too.

Anyone else with a iMac with 580 getting a lot of stutters with the last few Red driver releases? I see this not only in games but with Windows UI as well, and it's especially noticeable as it affects mouse movement.
Update: for anyone else who has this problem, the Red drivers detects 2 displays and was extending the desktop onto the 2nd (phantom) display. The fix is to set it to clone instead and the stuttering stops.

I downloaded this driver and had lower fps on the same settings on AC Valhalla and a really high color saturation on all games. Should I try the blue drivers or revert to november? I have a MBP 16” 5300M

I tried blue drivers on iMac 2020 with Radeon 5700 XT. I went through the installation process exactly how it is shown in the video (including Safe Mode). For a brief moment, I saw the display with correct resolution and in Device Manager, there was Radeon 5700 XT. But it flickered again and the screen went black. Every few seconds there was for a very brief moment in the lower left part field with "Type here to search", but not in the correct size (it was bigger than it should, so the resolution was not correct). I tried to open the Start menu using a keyboard and it showed something - on the left and bottom edge of the screen there was something like a border of that Start menu. But it was there for 2 seconds at max and then the computer rebooted on its own. And from this time whenever I try to boot into Windows it automatically reboots during booting...
