Still have mouse stuttering. Not sure what is meant by third party polling. It seems that as soon as I install the new drivers it instantly begins to stutter. edit: on a MBP 2017 15" w/ 560 I actually managed a temporary fix, I have an UltraFine 5k attached and I set Windows to only use the external screen. So far, so good!

Installing 17.8.2 Xtreme V2 broke the brightness controls, but it looks like you are already aware of this (iMac 2017 / Windows 10). Just to be sure I rolled back to 17.7.2 and did a couple more clean installs, same issue. Same issue here! The brightness can't be changed anymore but the issue i posted before is now gone with 17.8.2.

I installed it keeps changing my M390 to a HD7800 on driver details which is a decrease in graphical performance. What is causing this issue?
Both 17.8.2 and 17.7.2 do this - I've been having trouble running some games.

I'm rolling back to 17.7.2 and 17.8.2 V2 also didn't work well in Batman Arkham Knight. For example, it didn't show me the map(just black map) and batman's arm display(show me nothing so looks like batman talks to the air) and in detective mode, enemies became invisible. I'll let you know 17.7.2 is ok at the same situation.

I can confirm some of the issues listed above on 17.8.2 v2 compared to 17.6.2 which was working fine.
- Brightness control is not working anymore - AMD control panel crashes after enabling WattMan section through MSI Afterburner

Hello!
I installed the drivers but it crashed two times at the relive stage, moreover the brightness setting doesn't work at all. As you told us, I used the latest ddu. It was the 10.0.7.3 release from 29th august.
I own a iMac 5k 2017 with the Radeon pro 580.
What to do?

And I think Mat HD is working on the brightness problem. All we have to do is just waiting new drivers update.

I could not update amd using this file and 17.6.2 , 17.7,2 too. 17.5.2 worked fine, but XG or FPRO BOOTCAMP refused to update because it could not find the hardware.
I am amd radeon m395 on imac 5k. The default bootcamp is worked good to install, but 17.6.2 ~ 17.8.2 with xg and fpro will not work at all.
this error is 173
I have discussed many of the comments and solutions to the 173 problem in the forum, but it seems that there is no clear way yet

fPro is for fire pro cards so that won't install. If you have parallels installed that will stop the installer from working
