Hey guys, long story short, I use solidworks on my Apple Macbook Pro 16" from 2019. It has the AMD 5600M in it. When I use the stock Unified Pro driver (blue version provided by AMD for Bootcamp) in windows, and run SoildWorks 2024, I can use the OpenGL renderer and I will receive RealView Graphics.
When I install the newer BananaKid driver (I think the newest, I havent tried others) - it will not. When examining what SolidWorks thinks is the card being used, it looks like this:
Renderer: 7360:41 Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc.
When using the unified driver it looks more like this Renderer: Radeon Pro (Fire) / Radeon Pro Mobility
I need to use the BananaKid driver, because I also connect a 6800 XT in an eGpu enclosure...and this is the only way I've gotten it to work.
Any ideas? When I search the .inf for the bananakid driver, the string 7360.1 appears, and 41 appears to be a version number of some sort. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.

Follow Up to this: Since I took the time to register, and post the question; I figured I would attempt to solve it myself using more aggressive means. So many DDU sessions later, if you're running SolidWorks or another program like it, (Mine is SolidWorks 2024 3dExperience Version). Here's the steps I took to get it working correctly. DDU Everything. I previously didnt have to do this in safe mode, but this attempt required it, because things weren't unregistering. Started with the eGPU unplugged, booted the system and installed BananaKid's Pro version (Blue)(Note: All the branding is still red) 29.3.1 version listed in this post: bootcampdrivers.freeforums.net/thread/1127/adrenalin-october-2023-available-5600mRebooted the system, and downloaded the AMD Stock driver for the Radeon RX 6800 XT (also blue version). I ran the setup.exe but when it got to the first screen, I copied the drivers out of the temp folder to my desktop. I then closed the setup.exe and went to device manager and choose to update the driver, clicked Have Disk, browsed to the desktop\AMD Folder\Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF and choose the .INF file and let it install the driver only. After 2 more reboots, it all worked fine, and SolidWorks, Fusion360, and Steam all recognize my eGPU card, and enable the external high quality graphics as they should

As a side note, for the people that find this by google (or whatever) in the future. If a new way has come out, a better or easier way to get this done...let me know. I'm subscribed to this.
Driver version above for RX 6800XT is: GPU2 - AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT Driver Version - 23.40.27.01
