Hey there!
I've got some queries regarding the update of my Macs AMD drivers;
(5500M, Bootcamp Windows 10 Home 64bit)
I'm currently using the August Red edition drivers (not 100% sure)
Driver Version
19.50.11.10 RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin2020
I cannot play some games like Doom eternal for example, since it tells me my driver version is too old.
Heard that updating drivers will give better performance, is that true?
How do I "update" my drivers? Do I just install a new version from the downloads page of bootcampdrivers.com?
If so how do I uninstall my current ones and upgrade, or what do I do to update them. Also what other windows/mac drivers should I update if there are any?
And also how do I check if there's a new version available and how often should I update them?
If you have any further tips regarding increase in performance I'd be very pleased if you tell me.
Thanks in advance for your support!

Please test them on your Mac in BootCamp and report back findings as soon as you can. Revert to your previous driver version if you have any issues. Use device manager to update your driver if you encounter any issues the DDU way (instructions available below).

Device manager update instructions
Begin with stock official Apple BootCamp drivers installed (do not uninstall with DDU or use setup.exe). If you have January edition installed on your MacBook Pro 16" then you can start with these drivers instead.
Open 'Device Manager' (search for it in the search box) and select your GPU from the 'Display adaptors' drop-down.
Right-click and select "Update driver" . Select "Browse my computer for drivers" (lower option) and navigate to the downloaded drivers folder. Make sure the 'Include subfolders' checkbox is ticked then click 'Next'.
The driver will now update with the screen flickering a couple of times.
To install the AMD software run "setup.exe" from the downloaded driver folder. Click on "Additional Options". Make sure the "Factory reset" checkbox is NOT ticked (it isn't by default normally), then click install.
Restart and enjoy!

"Begin with stock official Apple BootCamp drivers installed" - Does this mean I have to factory reset my pc or reinstall bootcamp in order to update to latest driver version? Or am I missing something..

Or am I missing something.. The device manager install method is only necessary if you are having installation issues in the first place. Try the DDU 3x method in safe mode first.
