Anyway I can go back to 64 bit? because this is a joke!
Running 5500m 8gb MBP 16..

... Are you talking about a colour depth of 64bit on your display? Becaus then I think that you are mixing things up..
If you are refering to 32bit/64bit OS, then it have nothing to do with your graphics driver, but how your OS is running - and witch software is installed.. Tjeck what windows version you have installed, to clear if you installed a 32bit version.
