I have the latest update, which I completed before I discovered your awesome website. Windows 10, Creator Edition, R9 M395X. I downloaded the file for Windows 10 on Mac, tried to uninstall several times, the drivers were always Radeon when DDU automatically restarts after deleting drivers. I deleted the folder of all your stuff, and downloaded it again, extracting the files per your instructions, and put them in a folder on my desktop. This time, after running in Safe Mode, it appeared that the drivers were uninstalled. I believe this because all the icons were much bigger and the screen did not look that great. However, by the time I attempted to open Device Manager and check, the screen refreshed or something, and suddenly it was back to normal.
During the Safe Mode I got a message about this cannot be ran during Safe Mode. Underneath it said, Tips cannot be run in safemode blah blah blah. I did not try opening tips, and actually never have. I saw the FAQ about the rollback block, but do not say any file for downloading to prevent this. The link takes me to a place with instructions on how to perform a rollback for device drivers.

Your windows update settings seem to be set to automatically download and install relevant drivers. Check your settings in windows update settings.

You need to turn off the option for auto. updating non-microsoft drivers and software.

I believe something else was going on. I erased my Windows partition and installed new. I was having problems installing the Bootcamp Windows Support Software update, and after this new install I got that to work, and I got the drivers installed! I am a little confused on some things. But hopefully I can figure it all out.
