I'm trying to install the drivers and I'm going through the YouTube video tutorial. I'm at the step to get Windows 10 into Safe Mode. When I Shift-Restart and get the option 4 to restart into Safe Mode... It restarts, I get a windows logo for a second or so, and then my screen goes to sleep. The computer stays on, the mouse and keyboard are still lit up. This continues for at least 5 minutes before I just hard shut down. So it doesn't look like I can continue the setup.
Unfortunately, It gets worse. I thought I would be smart and try to force safe mode by msconfig -> safe mode -> minimal... it still won't go into safe mode and now I can't get back to regular boot mode!
So now I'm looking into creating a Windows 10 USB for recovery...
Anyone had trouble like this before? Anyone figured out how to fix this?

Is your display connected to the mac via usb c/thunderbolt?
If so, connect it to the mac via hdmi only. This should solve the problem.
