I've been playing Mass Effect Andromeda on my Mac Pro w/ D500 in Windows 10 (1607 and Creator's update). With the "official" Bootcamp drivers, the game is absolutely rock solid. No freezes, no crashes, but a ton of graphical glitches on board the Tempest. If I update to the Bootcamp Drivers provided her or from mXDriver, the graphical glitches in the Tempest disappear, but sometimes performance is degraded and the game freezes randomly. The freezes occur more often with newer drivers. When the game freezes, the rest of the OS is fine, but I have to go into Task manager and quit the game. A lot of freezes occur during some type of scene change, which include a GUI change, conversation, game save menu. I do not recall the game ever freezing during any action scene.
I have tried all of the drivers from 17.3.1-17.4.4. Installation was done via the instructions, no steps skipped except installing the ReLive extras on more recent drivers. I am running with Crossfire enabled. I have not tried with Crossfire disabled yet. I have not tried the 17.5.1 drivers either. I run with 3 displays. I have recently done a clean Windows 10 install due to a new SSD so I'm back down to Windows 10 1607.

Thanks for this. Might be worth reporting this issue to AMD so they can look into it. Its always best to use the drivers that work best for you, which isnt always the latest version. Have you tried the ones for imac and mbp to see if they install and run ok? D300 users have reported success though card not identified correctly.

I have not. I'll give those a try this weekend. Thanks!
