Which is the best driver for MBP 16" Radeon 5500M 4GB ?

Hello bootcampers! Im new to this forum and all this drivers thing.I want to play Witcher 3 on my mbp and i have installed it and also played it but the FPS are so poor and inconsistent...Im only getting 10fps in game and about 30 fps during cutscenes. So my question which is the best driver version for running games smoothly? Also anything else i should consider before gaming on MBP ?
