Is 1080P looks Worse on MBP 16" than on 1080P windows gaming laptop?
My MBP 16" is
i9-2.3Ghz
Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB
32G RAM
Bootcamp Driver: April, 2020 Red Edition
Issue 1: I only get about 45fps or worse in Witcher 3, and about 37 when fighting, I even tried to put graphics to low, the fps still drops severely during fighting.
I watched tons of reviews before buying, people all use 1920 x 1200 and get 60 fps with high graphics in Witcher 3, I was so excited. Then on my own computer, the performance is so different, is my computer different with everybody else's? Or do I need to do any tweaks?
Issue 2: Comparing to my 1080p gaming laptop, the image is a lot worse on the same resolution. Here are the comparison.

As you can see, on windows laptop, there are way more details. They all have the same resolution (while 1920 x 1200 on MBP and 1920 x 1080 on windows laptop to keep normal image ratio), it seems the image on MBP shrunk a lot, a lot pixels and details are being cut off, especially at the edges of image, it is very rough, seems the anti aliasing is not working. I understand I am only using 1920 x 1200 on a 3k screen, but are 1080p images supposed to be the same on 3k screen as on other 1080p screen?
I also noticed that even on other interfaces, when I set the resolution to 1920 x 1200, the character edges and icon edges become very blur, a lot worse than other 1080p computers, is that the driver or my resolution is too high?
Does any of you guys have this issue?
Thanks guys.
