I'm testing out gaming on MBP 16 with the Blue and default drivers. One game that's giving me problems is Nier Automata. I get what I can only describe as microstutters when being out in the world and moving the camera around. I don't experience this with GTX 1060 3GB on my desktop. It's noticeably smoother.
Settings and specs: Base MBP 16 (5300M) Nier: everything low and turned off except vertical sync, 1920x1200 res, no FAR plugin, which made things worse Windows 10 Enterprise, latest version, all updates Blue drivers from this site ("best for MBP 16") Fans set to the max, tried with turbo boost and without, only using the laptop's display
Anyone tried this game on their MBP 16 or 15 with Vega?
I also tried Overwatch with uncapped FPS, which didn't have such stutters.

Try monitoring your MBP stats during games with the in-game on screen display in MSI Afterburner. From my experience the stutters I saw in games was either due to CPU bottlenecking or the GPU hitting 99% utilization.
