Greetings!
So i got a iMac 27inch recently, 2017 model with the Radeon 580 Pro.
Apple's own Radeon bootcamp driver works fine, but i wanted ReLive functionality as well as the supposed performance increase i had heard about from people using the modified drivers.
I followed these instructons:
The install of the newer drivers went without a hitch, no errors, all smooth!
...That was until i wanted to actually use them. The ReLive functionality only works as far as taking screenshots. Recording a video just fails and by doing a registry tweak to allow a log file to be created? It just shows lots of "AMF_FAIL" entries.
Anything that calls for the Radeon Vulkan drivers as well? (The DOOM 2016 game for example has an option to use the Vulkan renderer which gives a 10-20fps boost) It just crashes with these newer drivers whereas the ones from Apple worked flawlessly.
I made sure to follow all the instructions in the video linked above, from completely cleaning out Apple's driver and then installing the newer ones but the issues i mentioned above are the result.
If anyone has any fixes or suggestions i'd greatly appreciate it I'm more wanting ReLive functionality than anything!

try downgrading to 18.3.4 for now whilst AMD work on fixes with their drivers.

I just double-checked the code I used for your card for the installer as well. All looks good and Vulkan works on my M295X so it seems like a bug.

OK so OpenCL is crashing. Did you try installing the OpenCL SDK that comes with the installer?

OK so OpenCL is crashing. Did you try installing the OpenCL SDK that comes with the installer? It seems i did in fact forget something then! Driver version 18.3.4 , as soon as the OpenCL SDK is installed? ReLive works a treat for at least local recordings! Thanks a bunch Mat!
Edit: Also no Vulkan crash in stuff that calls for it, just did a brief session in Doom 2016, buttery smooth 80-90fps on ultra settings + recording!
