iMac Pro, Vega 56, Windows 10 14393.2189. See the below screenshot of Device Manager. I tried 18.2.2, 18.3.1 (V2), 18.3.3 and 18.3.4. Same results across them all.

Are you running the latest Windows update? Not sure. While I have local admin access on this iMac Pro, the IT department controls the updates each machine gets. All I have is the version number, which based on searching it, is an April 2018 update.

It could perhaps be related to your admin rights then. If your IT department doesn't allow you to update things yourself then this could be the issue.

Bootcamp users (and others) should avoid the Spring update for now, and wait 1-2 months until various bugs and driver issues have been fixed. I recommend taking a backup of the Bootcamp partition now and then, to avoid these kind of problems. Try Winclone 6 (basic edition is fine) for OSX. It's as easy as it gets, and a nice insurance against these issues. You can enter these commands into Command Prompt to stop Windows from downloading and installing new updates. (I haven't seen the Spring update pop up yet.) Now, type the following commands one by one, hit enter, and proceed (you can easily reactivate these services). The first one is the most important, but I used all three commands. Don't use the quotation marks, and start Command Prompt in Administrator mode: "net stop wuauserv" It stops the Windows Update service. "net stop bits" This command stops background intelligent transfer service. "net stop dosvc" It stops delivery optimization service. Enabling Windows 10 updates: "net start wuauserc" "net start bits" "net start dosvc" Source: fossbytes.com/stop-disable-windows-10-forced-updates-command/
