Hello,
Sorry I wont be able to be much help but just want to let you know as you asked I have it working in 17.10.3. I have a MBP 15" 2017 R560 and it is launching and playing well. Is the game not even launching for you? Basically I have everything off in Radeon settings but FPS lock on. Also worth mentioning is in the display part of radeon settings, everything off, including all scaling.

Found on the frontpage of bootcampdrivers.com and it worked for me on a 2016 MBP - 460AMD radeon card. Just created a 2nd steam library, restarted steam and moved the app to the external drive steam library.
"toby: Anyone having problems with Assassin's Creed Origins in Bootcamp getting stuck at the splash screen, I have found a fix.
I had to move the entire ACO games folder to an external HDD and then locate the files manually within uPlay. My uPlay program is installed on the C Drive and my game is now installed on the E drive.
Not sure why this is happening, and it is not an ideal fix, but it got the game working for me."

Hi All, same issue here, I am stuck in the splash screen. I copied the game to an external hard drive and I moved the ACO folder from the external hard drive to the the origin folder on my local hard drive C:/. I also reinstalled the bootcamp drives using the tool. Any ideas? Thank you very much guys

I had the same problem with my iMac Pro. Contacted Ubisoft support who just said that they do not support the kind of SSD hard drives macs have, so that’s why external drive might help, and without it there was no way to play the game.
