Hello,
I am using a Macbook Pro 2017 15inch (using Bootcamp Windows 10 Fall Update), and it used to run GTA 5 60 FPS no problems at all, even with VSYNC turned on. I reset my Macbook and updated to the Fall Update, and GTA 5 have been running terribly since. I have no idea what to do, and where to start. I am in need for desperate help.

Also, Macbook gets quite hot even when idle, the metal part right above the touch bar and below the "Macbook Pro" branding gets SUPER hot. In addition, it seems like my GPU clock and memory clock are locked at 214mhz and 300mhz. Would that be the cause of the problem?
Thank you.
