Windows 10 (Creators Update) - AMD Radeon Pro 460 Standard installation as per README
Background:
I have a late 2016 15" MBP, with two Packed Pixels external displays, connected via two small USB-C to Display Port adapters.
The adapters are cheap unbranded models from Amazon, but they work just fine.
I play Elite:Dangerous and use AMD EyeFinity to create one wide desktop.
This morning, Win10 decided to force the Creators update on me without asking (of course) and when it eventually booted into Windows, Elite would not start, complaining there is an issue with 3d Drivers.
Looking for AMD drivers I came across bootcampdrivers.com - I'd not seen it as I'd never had an issue before, but claims of improved performance on other forums were certainly intriguing.
I performed installation as per the README, running UDD first etc. and everything installed fine. Elite:Dangerous will now run.
The Problem:
Only one external display works at a time.
If I plug in either display on its own, it is detected and displays fine, mirroring the main display.
If I plug both displays in, neither works. The screens are black.
In Windows Display Settings, all displays are listed.
AMD EyeFinity simply doesn't appear if started.
I'll try the standard AMD drivers, but I'd like to see if this version can be made to work.
Can anyone advise on a solution?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Apologies if this issue has been posted elsewhere. I did try searching but didn't find anything.

Did you try installing the drivers with your external monitors unplugged first?
ALSO, yes your adapters may work fine in Mac, but in Bootcamp cheap adapters are much more temperamental. You might be better getting more premium ones. Other users have seen better success in bootcamp using a higher quality adapter.

Hi Mat,
Thanks for the quick response!
Yes, the displays were unplugged during installation.
The display adapters have been working fine in OSX and Bootcamp for many months prior to the Creators update - it is of course possible that the update is the issue, but both adapters work fine under Win10/Bootcamp if only one is plugged in. If both are connected, they are both detected by Windows, they just don't output anything.
Early adapters were certainly quite temperamental - I went through loads before I found good, stable ones, and they've been great ever since.
I just tried installing standard AMD drivers after running UDD in safe mode again, but it just says "Components are already installed" and won't let me reinstall.
Am going to reinstall the bootcampdrivers version again so I at least have *some* drivers for now.
If anything changes I'll let you know!

Curiouser and curiouser... If I run Eyefinity Quick Setup, both displays kick in! Though Windows is under the impression there are two displays, not three. That I'm not particularly concerned about - I have a single desktop spanning all three screens. Unfortunately, the arrangement this provides isn't what I want, and Advanced Setup doesn't launch, so I can't reconfigure them. Device Manager reports the adapter as: AMD Radeon Pro 460 (Bootcamp XG edition by bootcampdrivers.com) Radeon Settings Overview: - Radeon Software Version: 17.10.1
- Radeon Software Edition: Crimson ReLive
- Graphics Chipset: AMD Radeon Pro 460 (Bootcamp XG edition by bootcampdrivers.com)
- Memory Size: 4096 MB
- Memory Type: GDDR5
- Core Clock: 907 MHz
- Windows Version: Windows 10 (64 bit)
- System Memory: 16 GB
- CPU Type: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6920HQ CPU @ 2.90GHz
