This is on a 2017 iMac with a 580. On the macOS side I use both displays perfectly with no issues, connected via TB3 to DisplayPort cable. On Windows 10 64-bit (updated) I get a flicker that only happens if I have the external monitor connected, however it causes both to repeatedly go black. It will keep turning them on with different resolutions and sometimes will lock my external one to 640x480 (won't let me change that in the display settings).
Already tried reinstalling drivers and repairing. Tried lowering the internal display's resolution and scaling or outright turning it off. Nothing stops the flicker other than turning off the external monitor.
