Is it a good idea to overclock the M395?

Hello I have the M 395 X in my iMac with i7 and 16 GB RAM.

Thanks for the tool. I installed this so my wife can play GTA 5 roleplaying game.

Is it worth it to overbake? How much would it be able to do? 5% 10% 20%?
