Hello, Mid August has been and gone with no sign of updates, but fear not as I am back - I've been dealing with a crazy amount of personal stuff. I'm aiming for a driver release this weekend around the 29th/30th (based on the latest AMD driver). I'll be looking to add support for the latest 5600m Macbook Pro. If anyone has a new iMac with 5700XT graphics and would like to upload their Apple Bootcamp drivers for me to have a look at then please do. This way I can add the latest iMacs to the list of compatibility as well. Peace out and thank you all for your patience. Outstanding Mat, thank you so very much!!

Yeah, I'm keeping an eye on Direct Display Mode for VR support on the 5600m. It worked on a 5500m. I'm a VR developer at a studio and am happy to test any/all the headsets to figure this one out. I seriously have access to everything from Valve, hTC, and Oculus (including prototypes). I can confirm that both the Blue and Red Drivers had no effect on the Direct Display Mode for VR I tested the following headsets: - Oculus Rift (HDMI)
- Oculus Rift S (Displayport)
- hTC Vive (HDMI and Displayport)
- hTC Vive Pro (Displayport)
- Valve Index (Displayport)
I tested all items with many different adapters including USB-C to HDMI (tried 4 different adapters), USB-C to Displayport (tried 3 different adapters), Thunderbolt 3 to Displayport.
Supported adapters that I use. Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter for Oculus Rift CV1 J5 create Type-C to DisplayPort Adapter for Oculus Rift S

Update: Progress going well so far. I'm probably about 2/3 of the way through the process now. I'll be adding 5600M and 5700XT (and other variants) all into one package (20.8.3). Things left to do: 1) Add the new cards to the manifest files. Done. 2) W5700X and similar variants to add to the driver package. Done. 3) Sign the driver. Done. 4) Test then release if happy with the results Done. Hell yeah thanks Mat! Will test and report back

Eagerly awaiting these. My wife just got 2020 iMac with the 5700 xt and the Windows drivers are a mess. MacOS runs games decently but I've read Windows usually runs better with the proper drivers. Sadly I can't find anything that will even install under windows. All of them give Error 182, no supported graphic hardware. Hoping this comes out soon. Thank you for your efforts and support. In what way are you having trouble with drivers? I have the 2020 5700 XT, and I've been playing Witcher 3, Total War Warhammer 2, Doom Eternal, and The Outer Worlds all at 1440p/Ultra/8x and hitting 60fps. I haven't tried Horizon Zero Dawn yet, but my buddies with custom rigs (one with an RX 5700 XT and the other with a 2080 RTX) and both are having major issues with that game. Less a driver problem, more a HZD is a really flawed port to PC. World of Warcraft. Getting good frames in MacOS but there is a slight "shudder?" "glitch?" I don't exactly know what to call it. Every now and again it acts like it wants to lag for like a frame, then it's smooth again. Tried Windows with Bootcamp Drivers and it's worse and frames were a bit lower. Today I finally installed the "Blue" August drivers, seems to be an improvement in FPS but the slight stumble is still there at times. Wife says it seems to be happening a little less. Noticed, it's usually fine/minimal when the game is launched and over time it gets worse and worse. (I'm talking on the 3-5 hour time table) Brainstorming and searching online for similar experiences, but not finding much about gaming on the 2020 5k iMac at all. Maybe it's something to do with the abysmal refresh rate of the 5k display? Maybe it's throttling? (I've played with this a bit, seems Apple put in the firmware to automatically throttle the CPU when the GPU gets loaded up, check out your clockspeed when you put your GPU under load, they drop to 3.4-3.8 GHz, Temperature doesn't matter, the CPU slows down every time the GPU is put under heavy load) Quite a disappointment, a 5-6 year old PC that wasn't even "Top Of The Line" when it was built runs smoother overall than a $3,100 iMac, which is way more powerful and well equipped on paper. Do you notice any glitches, slight pauses while retaining high/acceptable frame rates?
