Macbook Pro 2019 (i9 - 16GB RAM - Radeon Pro 5500M) report
OS: Windows 10 1909 Clean Install
Adrenalin April 2020 - Red Edition :
Install flawlessly (if you don't check "Factory Reset" on install). So use DDU obviously.
Sleep is not working: Blackscreen + Freeze + Reboot. This is why it reboots when it idles, because it attempts to sleep.
Zelda BOTW on CEMU: Untested. I would expect to be close to the Blue Edition.
Zelda Link's Awakening on Yuzu: Game is fast but not perfect, playable with an average of 48 FPS (Vulkan).
Adrenalin April 2020 - Blue Enterprise edition:
Install flawlessly.
Sleep is not working: Blackscreen + Freeze + Reboot. This is why it reboots when it idles, because it attempts to sleep.
Zelda BOTW on CEMU: Average FPS on 2k resolution is 45 FPS (Vulkan).
Zelda Link's Awakening on Yuzu: Game is fast but not perfect, playable with an average of 48 FPS (Vulkan).
Adrenalin January 2020 Red V2 Gaming (for Emulation)
Install flawlessly.
Sleep works.
Zelda BOTW on CEMU: Average FPS on 2k resolution is also 45FPS (Vulkan)
Zelda Link's Awakening on Yuzu: Game is PERFECT. Constant 60FPS no drops.
Issues
If I open Yuzu on my 4k external display and start the game, Link's Awakening will be very slow with an average of 18-20 FPS. However, if I run & start the game on the macbook pro built-in screen, even if my external monitor is still connected the game will be playable at 48/60FPS (depends on the driver). I can even move the window on the external display and make it fullscreen once the game is started. It stills runs at 48/60 FPS. Would someone have an explanation for this?
Final note
There is a major difference in performances and the sleep works only on the January 2020 version.

Update 1: 2020-05-02
I managed to install the April 2020 Red edition. I updated the reviews.
Update 2: 2020-05-03
I just noticed sleep doesn't work on April 2020's versions (Red & Blue). I reverted to the "Red V2 Gaming for Emulation" and sleeps works just fine.
Update 3: 2020-05-04
Nevermind, the Red V2 Gaming for Emulation does provide MAJOR performance boost compared to the others.
