I have my imac 5k working great and decided to install bootcamp on my macbook pro 15". All of the video card drivers are working great but whenever I plug in an external drive my internet speed plummets. I have tried different cables, different drive formats, checked my drivers (they SAY up to date) and still can't figure this out. Anyone else experience this? If I unplug BOOM speed is back. It effects both my wifi and my usbc-ethernet, also it doesnt happen when im on the OSX portion of the system
Next steps to try: Uninstall and reinstall drivers for USB/Thunderbolr 3 controller
Reinstall bootcamp- Anyone have advice on best practices for this? Do I just reinstall? Do I need to clear the bootcamp partition?

i would just do this Uninstall and reinstall drivers for USB/Thunderbolr 3 controller or you need to wait for bootcamp update in apple software on windows side. so far i havent tried on my macbook air 2020 if i have same issus with my thunderbolt3 usb-c with network speed but so far you can only try to reinstall the drivers
