While the Vega M GL is not a Mac GPU, it is unsupported by both Intel and AMD. Attached is the INF of the last good driver for this machine.
The relevant line is:
AMD694E.1 = "Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics"
Adding this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The last known good drivers are www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=0f24d&oscode=wt64a&productcode=xps-15-9575-2-in-1-laptop which are from 2018. There are drivers from 2019 by Intel, and the March drivers from AMD, but both have performance issues, and AMD removed support for the device in their current driver installer.
