Hello, which is the best version for a Macbook Pro 2019 i9 5500M 8GB, ram: 32GB, for gaming (Warzone)? I play Warzone at 1920×1080 of resolution and high graphics detail hitting 50-60FPS. Others play at 2560 x 1440 of resolution and medium graphics detail and hitting 60FPS as well.

Either should work OK. I recommend red for gaming. MacBook Pro 16 inch 2019, AMD Radeon PRO 5500M 8gb Red October 2020 version is unstable. Artifacts appear in some games, but not in blue January 2019. Sorry for my English, Google Translate Yeah, same here! Hopefully Novemeber drivers will fix it.

Hi--driver installed perfectly, but Radeon software wont open--it doesnt open after i run setup, nor does it run after I reboot. Any ideas? Do i need it? Are there benefits I'm missing by not having it installed? Same here. I’m using mbp 16’ with boot camp win10 20h2 freshly installed. I followed the driver upgrade method, but after setup the and software I can’t find it anywhere in the start menu. It won’t start after rebooting either. This is my first time using boot camp so I’m not sure if it’s suppose to work like this? Or am I missing anything? Thanks.

Here is the driver info from device manager: Files under the folder adrenalin software should be installed into: only CIM folder is not empty) windows' app & feature shows a AMD software though: Quite confusing...

I ran with some problems with couple of games using the RED October drivers and Installed latest AMD official drivers. Now I'm waiting for Mat to release RED November drivers to update. Delete all driver files with DDU and install the official ones, Mat will release the new drivers soon and try again. Note that official drivers will install BLUE edition, but you can update to RED later on.

Hi Mat, Could you please explain what the "Device Manager"-method is? Because everyone talks about it, but I don't even know what it means. Thanks in advance! Bump.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and also new to using bootcamp drivers for Windows too. I bought a beautiful MacBook Pro 16 inch this last summer and I followed the instructions to download the updated bootcamp drivers from bootcampdrivers.com. It was a fairly complex process to download the AMD Radeon Pro Enterprise (BLUE) edition to my computer, but it was worth it so that I could play all my favorite games (Warzone), and take advantage of the dedicated graphics in the new MacBook Pro.
MY question for the forum is the following: how do I receive updates to AMD Radeon Pro software? Will they be automatic? Should I download new driver updates from AMD's website? I tried downloading the Enterprise 20.Q4 update and I got an error message. It said the following: "Error 173 – Radeon Software Install Cannot Proceed as No AMD Graphics Hardware Has Been Detected in Your System Configuration". What does this mean and why is it appearing? Is this normal? What is this quarterly update for?
Just to be clear I'm not having any problems playing any games or with my graphics, I'm simply curious about future updates and how to install them. I am also curious as to why I'm receiving error messages when trying to update my AMD Radeon Pro software. Any and all help is appreciated and welcome.
The following are the specs of my computer and AMD Radeon Pro Software: Radeon Pro Software Version - 20.10.36.01 Radeon Pro Software Edition - Enterprise Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon Pro 5300M Memory Size - 4080 MB Memory Type - GDDR6 Core Clock - 1250 MHz Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit) System Memory - 16 GB CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz

(Or wait another year for AMD to release official BootCamp drivers). AMD's official PC drivers do not work with BootCamp.

Hey Mat, thanks for all the hard work you've been doing. I was wondering the new drivers 20.11 you've released the alpha recently, do you have any release date planned or is there an estimate you can give? Thanks!
