Got the August 2020 Red drivers working and windows setting the right GPU as primary.
Procedure: Download the latest official boot camp drivers and AMD’s uninstall utility their website. Safe Mode: Run DDU 3 times (No Restart at all) Run AMD uninstall utility once.
Restart
Install the official drivers and restart. Use device manager to update the drivers manually. Install Radeon software (Make sure Factory Reset is not selected).
Install MSI Afterburner and re-enable ULPS under settings.

Hi guys, not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but it seems that GPU Scaling is not supported on my 27inch 2019 imac monitor. is this normal?
I don't have access to most of the standard amd settings like Global tuning either. running august blue drivers. Radeon 580X
thanks

it doesn't work for me either. I have tried to install all versions of 2020 drivers and without luck. The system no boot up and freeeze in the circle with windows logo balls. I think I always follow the right steps: - I create partition with asistant boot camp - I install the latest windows 10 pro (2004) - I dont install Apple´s drivers bootcamp - I restart in dfu mode for uninstall driver of graphic card with latest version of DDU - I install the certificate (addtrustexternalcaroot_kmod.crt) in local machine and install drivers (bootcampdrivers) with administrator permissions. I have a Imac 2017 5k with 580 pro. Mat HD Thank you very much for your work Got same Imac. new updated drivers are running fine. Matt Thank you alot! Problem sonikete has is about Fusion drive`s drivers, not Adrenalin Amd ones. There is a way to solve it: Boot in safe mode, then select drive C: and then locate and rename (or delete) the errant driver file concerned (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\MACHALDRIVER.SYS). Hi, I just tested the August update on on my Macbook Pro 16" with i9 / 5500m (4GB). It's running latest build of Win 10 2004 including September Cumulative update. I did test both blue and red edition and they both suffer from the same issues: sleep doesn't work. Oddly, if I let the Macbook crash because of the sleep, which is a blackscreen for 30 seconds followed by 1 second of loud fan and shutting off, I can't get Windows to boot. It will freeze on a blackscreen in a loop right after the Windows logo. However! I noticed that if I do an SMC Reset (Ctrl + Option + Shift + Power), I can boot into Windows again and it will be fine until I let it crash by sleep again. Performance wise, I only tested the red edition and I am quite happy about it. Mat HD would you know anything about it and have an idea on how to fix it?

Hey guys,
I've been having some issues with the latest RED drivers crashing on my 2020 iMac during gaming. Does anyone know how major the performance hit will be if I switch to the blue drivers?

This appears to be a fairly long-standing issue. I can try re-enabling ULPS for the MacBooks and see if that solves anything. A bit of a stab in the dark though tbh.
