Install Adrenaline BLUE over Adrenaline RED?

I think I may have some compatibility issues with the April RED drivers running with an AMD 5700XT card mounted in a RazerX Chroma eGPU setup.

To test that theory, am I able to download and update the current April RED drivers with the set of April BLUE without really messing up my system.
