Hi there.
I've gone crazy all the afternoon trying to find a way to fix my initial and main concern: being able to play older PC games in 4:3 aspect ratio without a stretched picture. With the basic Radeon settings app, I can't do that because it says that GPU scaling is not supported by the Radeon Pro Vega 20.
So I tried the latest BootCampDrivers and here are the results:
With Red The installation ends by splitting my display in two, as if I had two displays in one. Even Windows 10 display settings show only one display but with "1|2" inside, as if my iMac had two displays in one...
With Blue The display is no more split in two, but I have no more settings that what I had before and thus, can not launch a 4:3 fullscreen software (like games) without having the picture stretched...
End results I've found a very peculiar and, hopefully, temporary solution to this by re-installing Red and having a real secondary monitor plugged to the iMac. The main monitor is now full and identified as "1". The secondary monitor is identified as "3". And display settings show a disabled "2" monitor.
The good thing is that with Red, I'm now able to launch a 4:3 game without a stretched picture, but I have to plug a secondary display each time I want to boot on Windows...
So, how can I fix this? Am I forgetting something or doing something wrong?

That´s is true with Red Edition. I also two monitors in Imac 27 5k 580 pro, but i can desactivate in display setting and the third monitor is as if it is not.

Do you also have another physical monitor plugged in your iMac? When my other monitor isn't plugged in, all I can do in display settings is select the 2nd display (the fake one, showed in the split iMac display) and choose "Show only 1". It works, but it is not a clean solution as I believe the OS is still managing the second display even if it is not showing it. Do you choose the same option or is there any other way to really disable the fake 2nd display?

Windows settings -> System -> Display -> scroll down and select Advanced Display Settings -> Display 1 Adapter property -> List All Modes ->select (iMac 5k) 2560x1440 or (iMac 4k) 1920x1080, True Color 32bit, 60Hz -> click apply
