Is there anyone with this machine, or similar, that has been able to get Warzone to perform well and reliably? I would love to run this game at 1080 but I typically am only able to average 45-50 FPS with all settings suggested for Windows. Because of this, I have resorted to running the game at 720 just to ensure I have the frames of consoles. Also, I frequently get dev error 6065, which I believe is directly related to heat/throttling, as well as dev error 6068 recently. I’ve tried all of the fixes suggested for Windows to resolve them.
I am using the AMD provided Bootcamp drivers from their site which were last updated in March so I assume it will be a while before they are updated again. I’ve gone through the trouble of installing Windows which as a lifelong Mac user was painful enough but I was curious if any of the supplied drivers on the site would allow me to run the game at 1080 consistently at 60 FPS without all the dev errors? Or, is the machine just underpowered and obviously the game is poorly optimized?
Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have any information on the difference these drivers have on Warzone?

Thanks for the response IceMan. My iMac is the mid-tier model so it only has the Radeon Pro 560. Did you happen to test the vanilla Bootcamp drivers to gauge how much of a difference the April drivers made?

Thanks IceMan for letting me know that things have been better since using the drivers here. Are you using the Red gaming drivers?
The mid-tier, mid-2017 came with i5 @3.4 Ghz, 4GB Radeon Pro 560, and 16gigs of ram. You must have the 27” because I don’t believe the 21.5 was available with the Pro 580 card.

Well, decided to give it a go based on your experience. Completed the installation of the April Red Gaming edition and it split my screen in half. I guess I’ll try the blue version now - fingers crossed.

Blue drivers installed correctly and didn’t split the screen at least. I’ll have to test the drivers in Warzone to see if has made any real-world difference. Again, I really appreciate your response IceMan.

Just to provide a follow-up, the use of the blue version of the most recent drivers did not accomplish what I hoped. There was not enough of a performance increase to allow for play of Warzone at 1080 with 60 FPS using low settings. There was enough of a performance increase to allow for me to increase texture-related settings at 720 to maintain over 60 FPS. The greatest measurable difference afforded by the use of the drivers was that I have been able to play three consecutive days without a dev error or any crash and I’m not sure if it was the drivers or the use of MacsFanControl, but the game “feels” smoother, including movement and picking up items.

IceMan, when you stated that you were getting approximately 90 FPS at 1080 on your machine were you referring only to COD multiplayer or are you also seeing those frames in Warzone?
