Hi Mat, thanks for all the effort. Unfortunately, both Red and Blue still don't work with MacPro 2013 Dual D700 Both installers drop to black screen, split second after I see restart button at the end of the installation. After manual restart and login; Red drivers crash to vertical striped screen, while Blue drivers crash to black screen. What changed after 19.11? All the newer releases hate us the same way I'm not sure at this stage - it's likely something AMD has done to the firmware but I will look into it for the future. Mat, Like I posted in March thread the newest official AMD driver works on Mac Pro 2013. The March release ones. The ones they had in December that are gone now did the same as yours do now. I AMD think fixed something. www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/apple-boot-campThanks for all you do!

I have the black screen problem too with macbook pro 16" + i9 9980HK + 5500m + 5800XT eGPU spec.
To be more specific, Red version went into blackscreen as soon as i click finish with "Launch Radeon Software" box checked. Bleu version is alright after "finish", after reboot, boot right into blackscreen with exetreme heat venting (with actual heat, not just the fans.)
I see there are two divided feedbacks with macbook pro 16. Perhaps is the eGPU? So i switch back to the original EFI Boot and try installed again. Still have the same problem with Bleu&Red drivers.

How are you upgrading the drivers. DDU and amd uninstall? Yes, followed youtube tutorial. in win10 safemode, DDUx2 without restart, third time select the "xxx and restart" box. Run the "AMDCleanupUtility.exe" on my first try on Red but did not use for the next attempts. And install "setup.exe" for Blue&Red April version with "Restore factory xxx" box checked. I did not install openCL SDK for the first time, and did install SDK for the next 5-6 attemps Just a thought, could be way off. but could this related to Win10 version? because in order to use eGPU, pretty much everyone is on win10 1903 or 1909, myself is on 1903 build 18362.30.

I have a different problem..
I could get the driver to install and restart without problem, check in device manager, both 5500m and 5700xt is present without error.
The problem arise in the following scenario, Close macbook lid - 2nd monitor screen will freeze, and eventually show bluescreen Do not close macbook lid, everything was fine(did not test with games) Do not close macbook lid, switch display to 2nd screen only (my external monitor), screen freeze and bluescreen.
My rig Macbook Pro 16inch, 16GB, 5500m 4GB Windows 10 Ver 1903
EGPU 5700xt 8GB

The blue edition works flawlessly on my MBP 16 with 5500M 8GB. Thank you Matt! This driver also fixed COD: MW/Warzone random crash! I've played like 5 matches in a row without a crash. For those who can't get it working on your MBP16, I don't know if could help. But I did a clean reinstall of the Apple's BootCamp drivers (you can download them using Brigadier) some days ago and have been using the stock GPU driver since. I then upgraded directly from Apple's driver to this April driver by following Matt's tutorial (DDU 3 times in safe mode and reset factory settings).

What’s your Windows version ? 🤔 Mine is Windows 10 Professional version 1909 18363.720. I have black screen every time I launch a game and then windows shut down. Have tried both red and blue drivers. (From blue jan 20 drivers) I’ll try your way.

I have a 2019 Mac Pro with Pro Vega II and this works great! Played BFV, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Halo last night with no issues!
Thanks!!
Also to mention, Janurary 2020 version worked great but the March ones I got random lock ups requiring hard reset, but this one works great, so whatever you did worked for the 2019 Mac pro.

Are you using XDR display? is it able to get 6k resolution at 60hz?

Stick with December edition unless AMD issue a new update in the meantime. this also happenes to me... i just start my bootcamp in Virtualbox / Vmware / paraleslls desktop and uninstall. I just tried now inside of bootcamp the amd cleanup utility i got better result with that tool insidea of DDU idk if its because of i install Red Drivers or it works better then DDU dont know for sure i will try again when i have blue drivers installed Edit: i used AMD clean software said should be in safe boot there it was all good and i used also DDU in safe mode. After that i tried again install the Blue Version and for some reason it went 100 % good no hang up or that screen after i installed just worked. Maybe there was something that was blocking or doing something behind in windows dunno but so far im happy with my install right now I removed the drivers via a virtual machine and luckily I didn't have to format. In January, even after formatting, they didn't work. Are you now using the red or blue drivers? I didn't understand (sorry for my bad english). What version of windows 10 are you using? Amd cleaning utility, do you use it in safe mode?

I was able to get the drivers to work now when I tried again, I disconnected all the cables to my MBP except the power cable. I downloaded the blue april drivers from the homepage, not this forum. I am on the same windows version as tobwb 1909 build 18363.778. I then connected my display and watched out to have display projection as 'extend'. As 'Second screen only' crashes to black screen and then restart. only difference from this successful install is that I ticked the box in setup.exe and also installed the openCL amd sdk(included in the driver). Will you be able to fix the 'second screen only' crash Mat? as having both screens on does affect gaming performance. (5300M MBP 16inch)
