FYI, be careful of the latest Win10 updates... they break eGPU and most boot camp drivers.... what are you talking about i'm on latest windows update everything is fine weird, most people are having issues when they go to the new win10 updates... can you type winver on the command line? .329 and .35x both break the eGPU. I reported it early and a bunch of others hit it over at egpu.io....

The fps gradually lowering / gpu throttling was in PUBG. I have since found what looks to be a solution to force the fans to run at full speed (2500 rpm) at all times which seems to mitigate the throttling somewhat. To do this on the iMac Pro I downloaded macs fan control but because fan control is handled by the T2 chip on the iMac Pro you will NOT be able to use the Windows version to set fan speed. But there is a work around: instead download the MacOS version of Macs Fan Control and set fan speed while in MacOS then select restart from within the OS (i.e. do not hard power down). From here you can now boot into Windows 10, with the 'option' key, as usual. While in Windows you will be able to hear that the fans have maintain the RPM that you set from back in MacOS. This has resulted in less frame drops for me than before. I'm not sure how taxing this is on the fans themselves though, so use at own discretion. If this topic hasn't been covered before it might be helpful for others alkar Mat HD This is something I've been doing for literally years on my 2014 iMac with r9 m295x. running fans full speed in Windows to keep fluid frame rates. Actually since late 2015 to be exact. Graphics card and fans still going strong. I guessed you would have been all over this Mat HD ! I'd written it off as a possibility with the T2 chip making it not possible to set fans from within Win10. Was so happy to find a work-around hack for it for my iMac Pro, a very notable improvement to frame stability. Hope it helps someone else.
