It's all have to be done with Wattman in your Radeon Software Settings, once you activated it with MSI Afterburner. Fairly simple, just go through some tutorial vids here and there on the net.
Values must change from GPUs used in those tutorials but procedure remains the same. Good luck (PM me if needed)

Hey there auerelin, I've messaged you privately. I am looking at online guides but I can't find the Wattaman in my Radeon Pro settings. You mentioned that it has to be activated through MSI? Could you help me understand how?

hi every one i can conform that the MBP 2018 15" Radeon Pro 560X is not showing wattman in the radeon software ive tride everything (fresh install,MSI Aferburner stable beta) with no luck relive have a green screen problem even if you install OpenCL SDK

Hello. I've try everything. Literally. Downclock and undervolting GPU, fans on full speed, disabling cpu turboboost and lowering it's clock speed, even cleaning MacBook inside and repaste CPU and GPU. Nothing helps, still have throttling. Here is strange thing: when GPU in stock, throttling starts at 85 degrees, but when I set clock speed to lower (950 or even 800) then throttling starts at lower temperatures (about 73-75). It seems unfixable
