Hello together,
first o f all i would like to say thanks that there is somebody who tries to solve these problems. Like written above, my computer is the latest IMac 27" Retina, with an AMD Radeon R9 M390 Card, i am trying to run Windows 10 via Bootcamp and the recognition of the graphic card is not working. I installed the latest Version 16.11.4 of Crimson from your website and did everything according to your help file, the card is unfortunately still listed as not working, error 43 style, if i can give you more info i will do this, just specify your needs.

Hi Wolf and welcome to the forums!
This is an ongoing issue with the M390. The M290X and M290 are also affected as they are similar cards. I am in discussion with AMD about a fix but I am now awaiting their reply on the matter.
I really appreciate your assistance with this and I am sure AMD will be able to provide a fix in the not too distant future.

Didn`t get round to trying the V1 drivers as I spent all night trying to install all the updates for WIndows 10 Home. Stuck on 32% all night so reverting back and will try again tonight

Now managed to try the V1 drivers but sadly same outcome. I have gone into device manager/properties and then events and there is the following message:
Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6819&SUBSYS_014E106B&REV_00\4&f470f2a&0&0008 requires further installation.

In the next version of the drivers I plan on disabling ULPS by default upon installation of the cards via the installer. Basically ULPS causes the chip to downclock to save power but it is not necessary on desktop machines. It can also cause incompatibilities and bugs to occur, including for Mac Pro users where the machine will not shut down and has to be forced unless this is disabled.
There is a SLIM chance that this could resolve further compatibility issues with the M390, M290X, and M290 and it's worth a shot in trying them in the next version of the drivers to see if it does anything.

Finally managed to install all the Windows 10 Home updates and have given it another go but sadly still error 43. Don't know why it works for the other guy??? I noticed he had 24gb of RAM but doubt that could make any difference. Thanks for all your efforts. Hopefully a fix will be available soon

Just been looking at the screenshots from the guy who said the m390 was working on his Imac and noticed the yellow warning triangles are showing, which would indicate a problem wouldn't it?

I don't see the yellow exclamation mark on his screenshots anywhere?

Matt. Somehow I have managed to install your latest drivers with no error 43. I uninstalled current drivers with DDU, rebooted and went into device manager, right-clicked on display adapter, update driver software, browse my computer. Not sure were it looked but it started installing and when finished it shows AMD Radeon R9 m390 with no yellow triangle and no error 43. Its not installed the AMD software so cant check if that works. I have run a directx check and it says Directx12 is installed. Just going to install a game to see what happens. Not getting my hopes up yet
