Nope but I don't think the Vulkan API will have installed with v1. You can install that via '.\Packages\Apps\VulkanRT64\VulkanRT\VulkanRT.exe' anyhow. Install shortcuts still didn’t work for me in v2. Also, the Install All script said something like “you mustn’t upgrade to the pro version to distribute.” Also, Vulcan still says it needs the AMD Catalyst Manager. If you run the .exe within the final folder (not the installer exe but the app) then Vulkan will install on your machine.

I am aiming for alpha driver releases of the iMac Pro driver tomorrow. Not available yet. Excellent, thank you very much. I donated to the cert renewal. I encourage y'all to chip in too.

Thanks Mat for all your work! Thanks mate. V3 now uploaded i've used a different exe compiler. Windows defender might not like it so you may have to make an exception for it there. Ill try V3 shortly. I was able to install it all separately by finding the actual path of each component and running it that way. The original files were shortcuts to the actual stuff but it didn't work that way.

V3 I installed the same way as V2.
So far everything is working fine on my MBPr 2018 minus Assassins Creed never wanting to run. (Read: I hate Ubisoft)

Hey Mat, Thanks for all the hard work making these drivers work for us. I'm having a problem getting the archive to extract. Windows defender shows that it may be infected with a trojan, and when I extract it, my computer quarantines the Full Install.exe and Open CL SDK Install.exe files and puts up the attached dialog box. Am I doing something wrong or is the file actually infected? Please let me know. Thanks, Matthew PS... This is the first time this has ever happened for me on one of the downloads from this site, and it happened after I updated to the Windows 10 release, so it could be related to the OS version.

View AttachmentIt isn't a trojan but because the installer runs a set of. bat commands then Windows sees the file as malicious. If you aren't happy to make an exception in Windows defender then look at the bottom bit of the announcement post for the install workaround. Cheers.

I'm going to look into getting my own proper setup.exe installer and I will sign it too so Windows won't see it as a security threat. Stay tuned.

I have a suspicion that XG tweaks are causing stuttering in Overwatch for R9 M370X.
With 18.9.3 it plays kinda fine even though it is not perfectly smooth, but with 18.10.1 I am getting a notable stutter every few seconds.
Any chance you release a non-xg version? Would be interesting to compare same version of a driver with and without xg tweaks.

The tweaks should improve fps slightly I suspect its the changes in the inf code that are causing the stuttering as opposed to the tweaks.

Hi Mat, v4 with your instructions worked fine. As you stated I get a couple of FPS using Heaven and Valley benchmarks.
Dropped you a donation yesterday towards your license fee. Keep up the great work!

Would be interesting to compare same version of a driver with and without xg tweaks. Probably has more to do with AMD's changes in the GPU driver. For instance, 18.8.2 works well for Witcher 3, but 18.9.2 had occasional stuttering.
