I'm not sure but it might be that you have a specific variant of the RX580. Keep an eye on a future update to see if that fixes anything.

Hey, I have been messing with this for quite some time. I am running a 5,1 with an rx-580 and have it figured out. It works best if you use 2 cards, the 580 and a card with the boot screen. I have tried ALL the drivers and the only one that works is:
Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.4.4 Driver Version 17.10.1731. (Windows Driver Store Version 22.19.162.4)
Make sure you boot into safe mode and erase the previous drivers. Then install the above driver and it will work flawlessly. The drivers on this page do not work at all, my computer won't even boot up after installing them.

Hey, I plan to install Windows 10 on my Mac Pro 5,1 (Flashed from 4,1) with my Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8GB GPU. Since I have virtually the same machine used in the following install guide, I plan to follow the guide exactly as laid out @ crystalidea.com/blog/classic-mac-pro-and-windows. The guide says I need to install Windows 10 version 1803, from 2018. So I want to do that and run a bootcampdriver.com install from 2020. I'm worried that AMD Driver 20.2.2 and up won't work on an older Windows 10 version 1803. Is this correct? Currently, I have Windows 10 bootcamp installed on my 2016 MacBook Pro, and when launching Red Dead Redemption 2 Via Steam I get an alert saying RDR2 requires AMD driver 20.2.2 and up (I have 20.10 due to Boot Camp not releasing anything newer). The game then launches in a small window with low resolution and the lowest game settings. I feel like the only way to get this game working with decent graphics is with my Mac Pro 5,1 w/ the Radeon RX 580. But I need to know that it's even possible. Do you guys have any suggestions?
