Same workaround as previously. Install this over your official bootcamp driver or any previous update issued here. Please read the instructions.
See AMD's release notes for details on changes (some nice FPS boosts for games like PUBG).
Enjoy!

Vega Pro 64 is crazy fast in Doom (Vulkan). I'm also using an external sound card now, and the sound is working perfectly. Looking forward to the full iMac Pro driver package this weekend!

I tried your 18.2.2 release on my iMac Pro and it is working like a charm so far. No issues!
Thanks again Matt.

Thanks for all your hard work over the years Mat. Your drivers have got me online in good shape many times. Unfortunately, the iMac Pro/Vega 64 has been problematic. COD WWII Multiplayer isn't really playable (frame rate), even with Adrenaline 18.2.2. I've kept my old iMac Retina/Radeon R9 sitting around just so I can play multiplayer. I'm sure it will get better as we go along, and thanks for your ongoing efforts.
Edit: OK, I spent a little more time with the install this morning and followed the installation instructions meticulously this time. Interesting workaround...I can't imagine how you figured out how to do that. Logging back into COD WWII with their "optimized" settings, I found a huge difference in FPS. No blurring, no motion lag. Really a remarkable difference over the standard Apple Bootcamp driver...very playable now. I do notice a slight lag between hitting the "fire" button and the actual shot. I'm going to continue to tweak game settings a little and try disabling the extended monitor to see if that makes a difference. Thanks again for your efforts.

I do notice a slight lag between hitting the "fire" button and the actual shot. Is this with headphones or external speakers? There is an audio delay when using the headphone jack but USB speakers work fine.

the delay could be attributed to having 'vsync' enabled. If you want vsync to be enabled, capping your framerate to 60fps helps to reduce input lag in some games.

The BCD 18.2.2 driver really works quite well on COD WWII. Very smooth, no smearing, no lag (all of which were very prominent with the Apple BootCamp drivers). I found that 18.2.2 was giving me 90 FPS (where it was capped by default) with all of the video settings maxed. I set it at 60FPS max...didn't really affect the firing button lag, but also did not induce any discernible problem with frame rate. The more I look at it, the more inclined I am to agree with john5 that it's lag out of the headphone port. Which seems weird...I've never seen that before on any of my other Macs including my iMac Retina. I don't have a USB sound device to plug in yet, but I did connect my Bose QC bluetooth headphones and the lag was still there. Bluetooth does tend to be laggy too, so I ordered a USB headphone/microphone adapter, and we'll see.

Hi Mat, thanks again for the update.
I have this installed with my Vega 56 and no reboot issues after 1 week. It seems to work quite well. The only 'issue' I have with the 580 driver is that I have to change my display settings from 5K in windows to 1440P before playing any games otherwise: (1) some games will crash when trying to open; and (2) you can't exit to windows while playing the game without it crashing. For some reason these problems didn't occur with the Enterprise driver and I could leave my display at 5K in windwos and change the display settings in-game.
I'm not sure why this occurs or whether there is a fix so I don't have to keep changing my display? Thanks
