Today I'm releasing a new workaround which is based on a forum member's findings ('john5' thanks!). It does mean that users can at last get the FPS improvements they've been so needing. Unfortunately it also means that you cannot simply install using setup.exe so this file has been removed.
Please read the new Read Me File before installing for full instructions (it is actually a quicker process than with the regular drivers because you do not uninstall the current drivers first).
DO NOT USE DDU before installing otherwise this may not work. Leave the official Bootcamp drivers that are already installed on the system.
Hopefully in the future it will be possible to install the drivers via the traditional AMD setup.exe installer.
Note: I've just updated the Read Me File. You need to select 'Radeon RX Vega' when you get a list of available options.
Enjoy!

Hey Matt! I'm trying to update the driver but I can't find the ‘Radeon TM Pro WX Series’ in the driver list after selecting the C7320048 file. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have dozens of different ones showing. The only one with "Pro" in the name is Radeon (TM) Pro Duo. I don't see anything with "WX"

Ok wait – so I'm a little confused now, sorry... exactly HOW do I make sure I have "the official Bootcamp drivers that are already installed on the system" in place after I've been throw a few rounds of trying out the previous iMac Pro drivers? I tried just letting AMD's win software itself decide what drivers I should use - and it installed Adrenaline for some reason, and now I'm not sure what to do...
Help, please! Thanks!

Uninstall your current non-Apple driver with Device Driver Uninstaller. Then go back into MacOS into 'Bootcamp Assistant' (Utilities folder in the Applications folder'). In one of the menus there is an option to 'Download Windows support software' do this and it will download everything including the Apple AMD bootcamp driver. Save this on your windows partition then run setup.exe inside the AMD drivers folder from Windows.

Now I'm wondering which works better seeing as how using the "vega" one lead to better performance as well.
