Hi All, I have the following configuration and wanted to see if I could get some help... MBP 15 (2017) Latest 3.1GHz quad-core 7th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 4.1GHz 16GB 2133MHz LPDDR3 memory 1TB SSD storage Radeon Pro 560 with 4GB memory Four Thunderbolt 3 ports I am booting Bootcamp from Multiple Thunderbolt 3 with a M.2 2280 SSD. I get really great performance. My issues are I cannot load any updates to windows 10 version 1709 and it gets stuck on Feature updates. I get UEFI error...Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709 - Error 0xc1900201 Really the only way I can see up dating windows is to ISO download and then begin all over...Frustrating. I predominately use the M.2 drives for gaming but would like to go live with some work stuff but am reluctant.... Any ideas on how to get windows o update? or do I not update and turn updates off???

Try installing Windows on the computer's internal drive and then disconnecting the external devices. What format is your internal disk using for windows?

I was running Windows on external drive for a while too. It was a complicated mess with each update. I finally split my internal drive with 240 GB for Windows and installed Windows applications and games to the external. So much easier even if it wasn't what I wanted.
