Hello! I recently picked up a 16" MBP 2019 5500M 8GB i9 32GB RAM. And I'm having some trouble in DOOM Eternal. I am on AMD Driver 22.11.2 Red Version from BootCamp Drivers. I followed the instruction videos created by BootCampDrivers, and have not had any error codes. I've followed a few guides online and thought I had a good understanding of what was going on. After seeing a video on YouTube of gameplay of DOOM Eternal on the same spec machine as mine, I thought I might give it a try. He seems to get around 90fps in the native resolution of the display. But I cant seem to figure out as to why my CPU is apparently maxing out in the game's performance metrics, but says i'm only utilizing about 30% of it in Quick CPU? This causes the FPS to go down into the 30s and 20s, while the GPU is only utilizing around 30% as well, which is also reflected in the own games metrics... Using Quick CPU, I've tried a few different settings and have yet to "solve" this.. Check the images below. I am also using Macs Fan Control and have them running at full speed during gameplay.. If someone can please help me understand what is happening and maybe how to solve this, I would greatly appreciate it. imgur.com/a/GoDNyvf

It sounds like you experience thermal throttling. Please link the video you're talking about so we could have and idea what graphics settings are used there. Please post a screenshot of your graphics settings. To help things blindly you way want to do a couple of things: 1) uninstall all tweaking software (i.e. QuickCPU), 2) limit maximum CPU output to 99% via Power Plan settings in Windows (this disables Turbo Boost), 3) limit FPS to 60 fps to reduce strain on GPU (you can do it by turning on V-Sync in game or in AMD Software control panel, or limiting it in AMD control panel via different ways). Ultimately you can change your screen's refresh rate to 48 Hz of 50 Hz (lookup forums or my messages to find a thread on how to do it) and V-Sync to that since this way reduces GPU strain by around 25% and all games run way better. You'll hardly notice any difference between 48 Hz and 60 Hz after 5 min, it's decent. To make it clearer, PlayStation 5 effectively uses even 40 Hz when things are heavy to handle. When you're ready make sure to do a VRM mod to your MBP to gain even more performance, that's what everybody does here and on Reddit.
