Hi everyone, I have a MacBook Pro 2019 with Radeon Pro 5500 (Windows 10 Home) and after installing Adrenalin Red August/September Editions, I have no sound coming out of the speakers (headphones work). I install the drivers following the YouTube video Not sure how to resolve the issue, things I found online haven't been helpful. I don't have the original BootCamp installation USB things (e.g., $WinPEDriver$ folder), and if I try to get it it'd have to wipe my BootCamp drive. I did see that in DDU, I can uninstall Audio drivers? The options are REALTEK (WIP) and SOUNDBLASTER (WIP), would these be helpful? And I can somehow re-install the audio drivers again? Any ideas would be appreciated, or I can always just re-install Windows if nothing works. Thank you!

Hey theo, Make sure you have a mouse because your TrackPad and keyboard may be temporary not available in the process. Download and unpack Boot Camp drivers that you are going to delete and reinstall - dropmefiles.com/eZxR0 / filetransfer.io/data-package/E74dHcG9 (I don't know how long it will be there). 1. Delete following devices using Device Manager and check "Delete the driver software for this device" in dialog box (use this specific order): 1) Software components > DolbyAPO SWC Device 2) Software components > DolbyAPO Software Device (HSA) 3) Headphones > Apple Audio Device Extension 188D106B 4) Sound, video and game controllers > Apple Audio Device 5) System > MacHalDriver Device 2. Reboot. 3. Go to folder where you unpacked downloaded drivers and right-click one INF file in each folder > choose Install in context menu, use this order of folders: 1) AppleHAL, 2) AppleAudio, 3) AppleAudio_188D106B, 4) Dolby/swc_hsa, 5) Dolby/swc_aposvc 4. Reboot. Please let me know if it helped. Don't mind Boot Camp Support Software is of MacBookPro16,4 - only GPU is different, audio and MacHalDevice are the same. P.S. Likely you'll be good by reinstalling only MacHalDevice, but just to make sure I provide all audio-related drivers as well. Nobody knows for sure what helps.

Thank you very much, chad2!
Your solution worked. And you're right, reinstalling MacHalDevice restore the audio right away even without rebooting.
Thank you!!
