I installed 16.11.4 V2 and Device Manager showed driver version as 21.19.16.4.1 from 15/11/2016. I then installed 16.11.4 V3 and DM shows the same driver version and date.
Is that correct, or has V3 not installed?

Hi igmack and welcome to the forum, The device driver version and date will be identical, as the difference between different bootcampdrivers.com versions is to do with modifications and enhancements to the installer code to improve compatibility etc.
Hope this helps!

Thanks a lot, Mat. Brilliant drivers. I can now play Rise of the Tomb Raider and Deus Ex: Mankind in DX12. I sent a donation for your great work. I'm going to post about this site wherever I can! Great job.

Mat, another question. I noticed in your video about installing the drivers, that you show certificate steps. I didn't do any of that, but just ran setup.exe and the drivers seem to install. Am I missing something? Should I go back and reinstall using your recommended method?

The certificates are just a way to bypass the 'do you want to trust this driver' message on installation. You do not need to install them if you don't want to.

Thanks Mat. I installed by first going into test mode, then I installed the drivers, and then took test mode off. Never got any messages and drivers are still installed ok.

Mat, I just installed the 16.11.5 drivers update and Device Manager is still saying 21.19.164.1 from 15/11/2016. Is that correct, or have they not installed correctly?

Windows 8.1 and 7 drivers haven't been updated yet if you are using any of those operating systems (16.11.5 is coming this evening for those versions). Otherwise the Windows 10 drivers should show the latest driver version.

I'm using 64 bit Windows 10 and 21.19.164.1 is showing in Device Manager. What should it show?

Driver Version date =11/23/2016, number: 21.19.164.257
Try using DDU before installing the update. Should install just fine then. I would make sure you have the certificates installed as well.
