I usually install the official BootCamp drivers then use iobit drivers booster to install additional drivers, is this recommended ? should I just install the official drivers only ?

Not recommended as it will be trying to install pc drivers that are not compatible with bootcamp.

Well I did it anyway but next time I won't, but will it be okay if I only install those like NET Framework and Visual C++ redistributable ?

I installed all of them without any problem using Snappy Driver Installer, any IOBIT software I would avoid. Install everything except for network related stuff, it caused WIFI to stop working, most likely due to the fact that it requires custom drivers made by Apple. So don't install stuff like WLAN, etc.
