I've only learnt how to update AMD drivers though I suspect other drivers work in a similar manner. I have no plans to update other drivers as I'm struggling to keep these ones up to date as it is. It's always recommended to keep your drivers up to date wherever possible in order to maintain the best compatibility with the latest version of Windows.

Haven't tried any of those programs/software tools, but in general they are a waste of time. Much better to be careful about what you install in Windows, and keep the Bootcamp installation as clean as possible. Then these programs are a complete waste of time. I tried using Project Lasso for a time, but it had no discernable effect on gaming performance. At best these clean-up and performance applications have a limited value for people who install a lot of junk in Windows, otherwise it's useless bloatware.
