Update 13/12/18: Version 2 for Vega 16 + Vega 20 now available with stability improvements.
I've finally gotten around to updating the drivers for these iMac Pro & Vega 16/20 users in the new MacBook Pro. The MBP drivers are now dedicated and so should work just fine.
All other users: The drivers require a significant re-write. At the moment I just haven't got the time to do this. Please be patient whilst I work on the drivers for everyone else.
I've disabled Ultra-Low Power Saving Mode in both drivers, which should provide a small FPS boost in games. Oh and the usual XG tweaks are included too for even better performance/texturing quality.
The official Apple BootCamp Drivers for Vega 16 & Vega 20 users are based on 17.12.1, so these drivers are a whole year newer! Have a good day!

Great work, will try out the new driver version on my iMac Pro w/Vega Pro 64 later today. Thanks, Mat! Edit: Having done some testing, everything seems to be working fine. Performance is very good. Btw. is there any chance of getting back overclocking and undervolting support again? With the newer Adrenalin drivers, there's a lot of thermal headroom for the iMac Pro GPU.

Matt the driver works really well, thank you! Forza Horizon 4 was running at 60 fps on average on a Vega 20. However there was intermittent stuttering and a PAGE_FAULT IN NONPAGED_AREA blue-screen-of-death after running just about 10 minutes. Just to let ya know.

I’ll see if I can look into it further over the next few days.

Out of curiosity, why do the drivers require a significant re-write? Did AMD change things substantially with this release?

Glad to help in any way I can. Thank you for all of your work on this Mat! EDIT: Tried a couple more times, with the same error. Maybe worth noting that the PAGE_FAULT IN NONPAGED_AREA error is pointing to the atikmdag.sys file. After some very quick googling, many people that have this error thrown with AMD products document solving their issue by replacing the atikmdag.sys file (step 3 here: www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/video-tdr-failure-atikmpag-sys-windows-10-solved/ ) however, I was not able to find the original atikmdag.sys file within C:\Windows\System32\drivers as I thought I would be able to, so I copied the files from the Packages\Drivers\Display folder within the provided Adrenaline Bootcamp folder and restarted with no affect (the error was thrown again). If there's anything else I can try feel free to let me know! I'm a newb at this stuff. Thanks!

They’ve changed things up a lot in the last few versions really, so I need to go over the code for all other users with a fine toothcomb to help keep things current so that issues will be less likely to arise.

Ah, well thanks for your efforts! Very happy to be playing The Witcher 3 at 60FPS on 1080P/High settings using my RX580 eGPU using your drivers. A few oddities, but at this point I'm never quite sure is a quirk of the work you do to get them working or just weirdness with AMD's drivers/software. Thanks for all you do in making these work!

It's a combination of my inability to test them personally on every single GPU, combined with the fact that AMD do not test them on Mac GPUs either as they are originally PC drivers.

Vega16 and Vega20 are brand new products, so some bugs are to be expected. This could be bugs in AMD's own drivers, send a bug report to AMD. So far, Mat's drivers have been working great with the iMac Pro w/Vega Pro 64 this last year, no issues here. Btw. 18.12.1.1 runs very well, and overall performance seems a bit better than 18.11.1 and 18.10.1 afaik. Really appreciate these frequent driver updates (Apple has totally dropped the ball in this department).

I'm on a 2014 iMac with Retina 5K and the upgraded m290X package. Do I use 18.12.1.1 or 18.11.1.1?

Hi Mat, thanks you for your work, I wanna let you know a weird issues on my side. Since the 18.10 and 18.11 update my late 2015 Retina 5k Imac had some weird freezes when I run any games (the freeze is a masive fps drops frome 40-30fps for a couple of seconds)It can happen almost at the start or after several hours in the game(any game), some games that required opengl like Darkest Dungeon, Path of Building (a program to make Builds for Path Of Exile) and Silhouette Cameo (a cutting program) refused to work prior the 18.10 update, with the 18.10 and 18.11 those issues were fixed minus the freeze, but now on Photoshop every time I try to print something the program hang on for several seconds until the print dialog appeard and print (I count almost one minute in the whole process), any idea was going on?, its not a big deal but a litte annoying, thank for any insight in this matter.

I have the same issue, sometimes after running a game, the iMac freezes for some seconds and the screen is black.
